Wabash River Trail Brush Clean-up
The WRT will be needing volunteers on Saturday, November 3rd to start the process of clearing out brush, limbs, and dead trees
near the trail edge between Paradise Spring (railroad trestle) heading East. We need pickup trucks, chain saws, loppers, etc.
Debris will be hauled to our burn pile. Even if you don't own a truck, we need people to help load limbs and brush into the
trucks. This process will take more than one outing, but any progress will be helpful. Fall, Winter and early Spring are the
best time to do this type of work.
Plan: Meet in the parking lot off of Huntington Street/lower pavilion for Paradise Spring at 8:00am on Saturday, November 3rd.
Please bring gloves and any of your favorite tools. We will plan to work until 12:00 or 1:00pm.
Thanks for any help you could provide!
